The team behind Ankur Care

Bashira Harun

Co-founder and CEO

Bashira Harun is a human resources and social development professional with more than 10 years of corporate experience, having worked with organizations including MGH Group and international fintech company Ding.

She has also worked as an HR and organizational development consultant with organizations such as Shohoj, Backpack, and Yellow.ai. For the past 13 years, she has been actively associated with It’s Humanity Foundation and currently serves as its Chairman.

Md. Adnan Hossain

Co-founder and CSO

Md. Adnan Hossain is a Bangladeshi social entrepreneur and Founder & Executive Director of It’s Humanity Foundation (IHF), working to empower marginalized communities through education, healthcare, and sustainable development.

He also founded Protibha and CFYD, focusing on livelihood creation and youth empowerment. His work has earned national and international recognition, with numerous awards and speaking engagements at global platforms, reflecting his commitment to driving meaningful social change.

Zahira Jishan Jilani

Partner and Advisor

Zahira Jishan is a Bangladeshi entrepreneur, educator, and social advocate dedicated to empowering underprivileged children through education and community support. A proud mother of three boys, she is deeply involved in initiatives that promote learning opportunities.

She is the Co-Founder of Little Steps Daycare and Preschool. Zahira is also the Owner of Rezia Begum Primary School in Kishoreganj contributing to accessible quality education for young students. In addition, she serves as Director of Infradev Associates in Dhaka.
